Nortel IP Audio Conference Phone 2033

I received a request to install one of these and having looked thru the manuals I have a question or two.

The site that this is at is an SRG50 where they use i2004P2 phones.

My first question is can I use the the Ethernet port on the back of the 2004 to hook this beast up or do I need a dedicated port.

If I can use the port on the 2004 do I need the external power supply or can I use the POE power, or is this a function of the switch that the port for the 2004 is connected to.

I would use a dedicated port but that's my opinion.
