I use it at several sites. It works well. Gives users flexibility to route calls to multiple external destinations based on time of day/CLID/password/etc. Users can modify call routing on their own thru web access (some versions of java are flakey though). Gives them the ability to screen their calls. Redirects callers back to corporate voice mail if not answered/no accepted. Maintains system security because you don't need to allow users to forward to external numbers. CLID is not maintained when sending calls to a third party voice mail system like OcTel or Callware (not a problem with CallPilot because of the AML). All in all, a great product IMHO
