nortel I2007 blank screen

I have this I2007 works incoming and outgoing, but the display is blank.
I reconnected and I see the nortel logo and hear the beep then the display goes blank.
Help please.

If the round trip delay is 500ms or higher the screen stops trying to draw. The handset still works.
Are there other phones in this area with screens working?

we have a problem with long line registrations, causes the screen to be blank. But if we just go into services/Telephone Options/feature key lables and reset the lables to default works for us.

The display is blank, how can a get into services/telephone option/feature key label?

When you press the services on ours the menu comes up as it is local (in the set). If the display is just blank all the time even when you press the services button then it is not the same problem.

yes the display is blank, I will like to reset or default it, as I said when you power it up, the display goes on you see the nortel logo and then goes blank, you can receive call or call out but you do not see nothing in the display.
Any help please.
