I recently bought a Nortel i2004, and I was trying to add it to my set. My keycode supports IP sets, and when I go into the DHCP server tab, I can even see the phone's IP address show up in the leased address tab. No matter what I try, DHCP full, partial, none, it always says "Server Unreachable". If anyone knows how to fix this problem, if you don't mind, but tell me what to set the CFG options too as I don't know what the default is, because I bought it used.

*Note, I'm not experienced with Nortel IP phones, I'm quite good with SIP phones, but Nortel is a whole new territory for me*

Also the firmware on the Phone is 0604DCN

NOTE! I figured it out! The reason why is that IF YOU HAVE THE SRG KEYCODE you have to set the server settings to use the SRG port!
You can do this by using the Business Element Manager, then Configuration Tab > Data Services > DHCP Server > IP Terminal DHCP Options > Set the port to "SRG" and make sure you REBOOT the BCM!!
