Why do you need to hide the first digit? What are you trying to accomplish by this?

Any additional detail regarding what you are trying to achieve will help folks here understand what exactly you are trying to do.

Who are you hiding it from?

Hi, i need to hide the first digit because the dn is 5xxx but to call it from a gsm i have to dial "gnr xxx" (without 5).
who receive the call see "gnr 5xxx" so it can redial to correct dn.
