Nortel FLASH System Phone Activation

Church has an old FLASH system that I need to activate a phone. I'm a ROLM guy not to sure how to go about doing this church has no funds for someone to come out and program one so any info would help! Dont know what kind of phone model they have but it does have a display! Check the location and it is cross connected have I do have a green light on a toner just need to know how to activate it so it works thnaks again

tried didnt find much,only info found was about the voicemail side of it!

Isn't the FLASH the voicemail? Any ways, I did a quick google on 'Nortel FLASH Manual' and there are a number of docs you might find useful.

All i know is there a system mounted to the wall thats says FLASH on it thats all I can see some smart guy decided to cover up most of the system in a wood box for some kind of protection from what I have no ideal so whatever reason they cut holes in it to ran the wires out of it so I cant really get to it without downing the system completely,so I dont want to do that an open a new can of worms with that!!
