Nortel Flash 2.0 no feature codes registered

I just changed the battery on two Flash 2.0 systems. Now neither one of them has any feature codes anymore. I just get NONE REGISTERED when I do an XFTEST, and of course the systems won't come up. I had never seen this before, don't know what to do. I have searched TEK-TIPS, but I don't find any previous posts. Also, if I have a Flash vm lite and want to upgrade it to a regular 2.0 Flash, do I need keycode for that?

Meant to say that the polarity on the capacitors are correct, as installed.

Just wanted to let you all know that I finally got a chance to remove the 1.0F capacitors and replace them with the 1.5 caps and both Flashes came up normally and all the feature codes are working fine. Good eye Curlycord, once again.
