nortel ext to cisco voip

Ext was moved into CDP just like the other 300 of them without any issues but this one keep on coming up with
DN 1500
type CDP
CDEN CD
STCD DSC

and with this CDEN SD, not able to call the user from outside

every other phone was moved without any issues
DN 1499
type CDP
stcd DSC

help please

What type of Nortel system are you referring about?. It sounds as if you have a Nortel Meridian Option 11 to 81 system. The forum for those systems are at

To try and answer your query assuming it isn't a Norstar or BCM system, then go into LD 20 and print off the DNB and just enter in 14 and 15 numbers.

I think you might find that the number 1500 has been assigned elsewhere such as an access code etc.
