MICS 7.0 w/Callpilot 100 - 2 Hunt groups of 5 lines each. Each hunt group has a prime. I programmed and just started using the A.A. and everything is going well except the ringing. Incoming calls need 2 rings for Caller ID. So the prime sets ring twice. I have used distinctive ring to change the incoming call ring but it is similar to the A.A. transfer to the sets. I have 2 questions, can I shut off the ring noise on the incoming lines to the A.A but keep the ring for A.A. transfers and Intercom? Where is the distinctive ring for A.A. transfers controlled from?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Varrius

Then program the prime set for the lines to an unused or analog port.

Appr Only on the prime sets was what I needed. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, curlycord.
