Hi There, a customer of mine has a CICS, and they purchased Legrand CRM software, which can integrate using TAPI. I called my parts supplier and he sent me a CTI 160i, which came with Norstar Personal Productivity Suite 1.2, still in the factory package.
When I try to load it onto XP, I get a message that it doesn't support the target OS. Can 2.1 or 2.2 be downloaded free on the net anywhere, or should I return this kit?
I've never set up CTI before, is this difficult....any advice?
