Nortel contivity VPN client, not responding via Direcway USB satellite

Hi,

I’m having a problem on connecting to my company’s server, I’m using Nortel contivity VPN client. I'm using Satellite internet connection which is Direcway USB interfacing with WIN 2000 professional.
first its doing authorization fine then I get disconnected.

When I ping my company’s IP; I’m not getting 4 replies, 2 or 3 times only,

If some one can help me out, I will be grateful,

May be you need to change defaul TCP/IP timeouts for you VPN client?

How can I change it? on Nortel contivity, I don’t have any options to change.

May this options may be found in Windows settings. Additionaly you can open case for solve this problev in NN support site.
And what version of VPN client? May be problem in VPN client.

Ok, another question Advisor, my ISP says that if I get a public IP address it will slove the problem, is that true?

Now, what IP address used for connection to Contivity. If you use private IP and using NAT for work in Internet you Contivity client will not work.

Yes that’s correct, I’m using privet IP address over NAT, do you think a public IP will solve the problem?

Last question, Is there any way to connect more than one VPN on my workstation which is connected to one terminal?

in another way, I have one public IP address on my Direcway satellite connection shared to 6 computers, is there any way to connect more than one VPN ?
