You will first have to install a earlier version like 4.10 that has the drivers in it and then upgrade to the 4.65.

I have the exact same problem. What is "EAC" and how do I uninstall it? Where can I find EAC version 4.1 & 4.65? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give.
Update you NIC drives to the lasted offer by the Manufacture. You can also try this. Unistall your NIC and reinstall it. This is also seen with versions of Windows from Dell, Compaq & etc. Because they do not give you a full version of window with all the generic drives. It only comes with the drivers needed for your machine.
