Hello,
Does anyone know how to reset a Nortel Contivity VPN switch to factory defaults? Also, are there any default accounts for logging into the device?

It depends on the situation. Do you have the admin password? If so, you can log in on the console (use the console cable that attaches to the serial port (9600, 8N1, no flow control)), log in, and select it from the menu.

If you do not have the admin password, put it in recovery mode, gui to the management IP address and reset it there.
