nortel cics with 4.0 software seem to be losing programming on my ext I have programmed for the ata the line I a using for the ata to dial out on is changing from line 4 to prime line any suggestions?
I would suggest find out what the extension the ATA is give it prime to intercom, for that extension make sure the ATA as access to the pool that other extensions are useing such as when you dial 9 that way the ATA will be able to grab a spare line that is available on the system.
I had this happen on some older cics and ata would prime to pool but would not pick up pool had to dial 9 first, replace same extension used for ata with a digital phone and prime would work to pool as soon as I went off hook.
