Our company is located in the New York City area. We are looking into the possibility of changing our current vendor for Nortel PBX support. Anyone out there make any recommendations on other reputable vendors in our immediate area. We have installed in our New York office an Option 11c and in New Jersey we have an Option 61c. Nortel Certified Vendors

There are several Vendors including the one I work for - however, I would suggest you contact Nortel (or use there web site), they will give your name to other vendors who will compete for for your business -hopefully you will get a better price and can call references that way.
I work extensively with a company called VersaTech and they have provided me with nothing less than outstanding support. I have 12 Option 11s thoroughout the United States and one Opt. 61 in NYC and they've done work at nearly all my sites. The contact's name is Tom Doran and he can be reached at 609-306-4725.
