Nortel CDR Serial Connection

Hi. I'd like to tie my Nortel option 61C to a desktop PC to monitor the CDR data. I have the CDR port set up on my NT8D41 card, but can't seem to figure out the cable configuration between the DB9 connector on the card to the DB9 serial input on my PC. Has anyone done this before and would you like to share to pinout diagram between the two devices?
