Is it possible to modify a variable upon the login of a "special" agent, and do a IF, THEN statement to check that variable against, say for instance the day of the week or the date and cause an outcome on a match? I'm trying to send calls to a recorded msg upon the login of this agent, but only until the end of business hours FOR THAT DAY. Once that day is over, I want the script to revert to its usual routing and ignore the special agent logged in. This is for a holiday treatment.
