nortel callpilot 150 NOT WORKING

Came in to the hotel and no callpilot. We normally dial a 3 digit # to access from main desk. Just rings. Where do we go from here?

what lights are lite on the cp150

Okay, it must be trying to reset itself as now it rings half a ring and goes to nothingness.

The lights all come on and then go right off again when we reset the call pilot by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Okay - this morning we checked. Not working still. There are two rows of lights. First row is all lit (4 lights)and the second row of 3 lights, only the middle one is lit.

change the power supply. have had a problem with power supplies on th cp 150.

We have changed the power supply. It appears we have lost our programming. We do not have a backup disc. Is there a way to reprogram?
