Nortel Call Pilot

New to this site, I'm looking for assistance on a call pilot issue, I have an AA and calling tree, I have one extension, The Boss's ext, that when the caller presses 2 to go to his phone, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. when it doesn't you get a recording, that is not a valid extension. All the programming looks correct. thanks.

Call Pilot is not used on IP Office. Try posting on the Norstar or Business Communicaton Manager (BCM) forum.

There is a Callpilot forum also as gwebster says depending what you are using it on there is a BCM forum and a Norstar Forum
