Nortel Call Pilot deleted vm URGENT please

Can you recover deleted voice mails once the user has deleted it and ended the session?

Also... is there a way to transfer phone messages from one mailbox to another without the user's knowledge?

DELETE MEANS DELETE, AS FAR AS FORWARDING A MESSAGE FROM ONE MAILBOX TO ANOTHER THE SYSTEM WILL TILL YOU IF YOU LISTEN THAT THE VOICEMAIL WAS FORWARDED OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS
 
Thank you Perry... so let me just make sure I have this 100% correct.

As the the administrator of the Call Pilot voice mail system, you cannot recover any deleted messages if the end user deletes them. (I had an exec request me to restore his deleted messages). No matter what?

About forwarding messages... I just want to make sure that there is no way an administrator can "move" messages between mailboxes without the users knowing.

I am new in my position and have walked into a huge mess! I am learning as I go (I was previously a network engineer).

Thank you again for your help. I appreciate the quick response (I am on call this weekend and am having a hard time finding assistance).

 
I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT IF A FULL BACKUP HAD BEEN DONE ON THE SYSTEM AFTER THE MESSAGE WAS LEFT, AND YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANOTHER ONE YOU COULD RESTORE FROM THE BACKUP TAPE.
LET ME SAY I'VE ONLY HAD ONE CUSTOMER IN OVER 10 YEARS ASK TO DO THIS, MAINLY BECAUSE IT IS CONFUSING TO THE USERS DO TO THE FACT THEY GET THERE OLD MESSAGE BACK ANS THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. (MORE TROUBLE REPORTS)
AND YES AS FAR AS I KNOW THERE IS NO WAY SOMEONE CAN FORWARD A MESSAGE TO A MAILBOX WITHOUT IT BEING EXPLAINED HOW IT GOT THERE. OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS
