Hello all. Inherited a customer with a Nortel MICS with ACD. They use to use Call Center. Disabled & now want enabled. I checked the members in hunt group & the skill set is enabled. Prompt 1 from AA routes calls to this hunt group. Even thou the agents are not logged in, calls ring to all phones. What am I missing? Operator?

I assume you mean Path 1 from a CCR?

If it points to a hunt group then of course it will ring the hunt group.

Did you want to use the current Hunt Groups or setup ACD?
You say ACD is disabled so how are you expecting ACD to take over?

I meant the Call Center Skill set is enabled. So AA prompt 1 is transfer to X740. Skill set 1 extension.
 
I meant X740 is hunt group 1. Members of skill set 01.
 
If you are going to use Call Center instead of Hunt Groups then program the Call Center and tell the lines to be answered by Call Center instead of AA.
