Nortel BES-110 error massege

Hi all,

I have one of BES 110 when i tried to run it, it gives me this massage :

i stuck there and can do nothing after,did any one face this? Is it Hardware issue? should i replace the switch from nortel?

Yes, hardware issue. Replace the switch under warranty.
