Nortel BCM50 - IpView Not Working

So my ipviewer hasnt been working and looking around I saw the time needs to be set to 3sec instead of 1sec refresh. It wont let me.
I have tried a lot of things and im down to this setting now.

Looks like it is prompting you for a password, did you mean to say the password is not working?
You posted a link about resetting password but I am not sure why.

What is the symptom when you enter password and click OK?

There is no field to enter the password is the problem, yet it is asking for one, which I have.
 
Yes, have tried on IE and Chrome, on the host PC and remotely, same thing, no box to enter the password
 
Yeah, trying right now, nothing seems to happen. Ill keep trying. I feel like I had this happen before but I cannot remember how to get it to work.
 
Thanks, that helped, now it doesnt like my password, so I will get inand change it again and try it again. Thanks All!!
