We have our local telephone lines connected to our BCM/SRG50 at one of our remote branches. I have set these lines to forward to an ACDN which is NCFW to a SDN for CallPilot Auto-Attendant. We only use the BCM50 as a Survivable Remote. I need to know if there is a way to have the SRG route to an extension within the branch that is in local mode when the connection between the main site and branch site is down. We had winter storms this week and the T1 connections were down. When customers called the branch store they just heard continous ringing because the BCM was trying to forward the call to our main site auto attendant. If we could have the call forward to a phone sitting on a desk that would be preferred. Any ideas?
