We have our local telephone lines connected to our BCM/SRG50 at one of our remote branches. I have set these lines to forward to an ACDN which is NCFW to a SDN for CallPilot Auto-Attendant. We only use the BCM50 as a Survivable Remote. I need to know if there is a way to have the SRG route to an extension within the branch that is in local mode when the connection between the main site and branch site is down. We had winter storms this week and the T1 connections were down. When customers called the branch store they just heard continous ringing because the BCM was trying to forward the call to our main site auto attendant. If we could have the call forward to a phone sitting on a desk that would be preferred. Any ideas?

you might be in the wronge forum, there is one for bcm's.. but i would change the forward to a dn, then hard forward that to the acd.. as long as the dn is a vsdn pointed to the correct app, normal operations would be the same as a maxp 1 acd.. but take the forward off that set and it will ring.. i would use an analog then if needed forward it to a working digital..

but if i follow your call treatment, a quick change on the ncfw of the maxp 1 ncfw would force those calls to reach any working ext
