Nortel BCM 50 PRI line getting held every time

Hi guys,

I am facing an issue on BCM50 PRI configuration.Every time the line is getting held and showing there is no free lines on phones.When we are trying to call from outside it is showing network busy.When I restarted the system the lines become normal condition.
This is the configuration what I done on the system...
protocol: euro
clocking source : Primary external
overlap receiving : enabled
crc4 : not selected

under routing --> routes--> 001 use pool blockB,service overlap


When this problem occures I am getting the critical alrms
* 75 ==problem description : Core Telephony- Digital trunking clock in free run.
* 42 ==Problem Description : Core Telephony- "Loss of frame" long term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM.



When I enabled the CRC4 as per PRI Configuration manual the lines are getting held.

Please suggest me a proper solution....

 
Get your Telco to check or test The PRI cct.
Alarm 75, and alarm 42,43 together suggest a network problem.
If you are onsite try powering down the PRI card then power backup again.
This can sometimes clear a lockup fault in the Pri card itsself.

But i suggest you get the service provider to test the line for errors.
 
Check with you Service Provider if they are sending CRC
 
Service providers are not sending CRC. and also their MSN range starting from xxxxx160 to xxxxx179 , in this from 170 we are not getting call also.
 
are the calls working fine after or is a new installation
