Nortel BCM 400 can not make or receive calls

Hello, we have a remote Nortel BCM 400; about the only thing I know regarding the BCM is how to logon to the system.

They can not make or receive calls, when they try to dail out they get dialtone then a display stating no free lines. When you call in you get a busy - think it may need to be powered down and back up.

If anyone has any suggestions/instructions on how to this I would really apprecaite it!

#2-Sounds like either the PRI or T1 circuit is down.

What is the configuration of the lines? Do you have analog or digital ie. T1? how many? Any extral information will help isolate the problem.
