Nortel BCM 200

Anybody know how to program the BCM 200 for Music On Hold and to hear it also on the desktop set?

ivent worked on bcm200 ...bcm400 has a moh jack on the aux card and feature 86 works on teh norstar did u try that out?

yes, There's a mini-jack input on the Aux card in the front of the BCM 200, however feeding it with audio - nothing is heard. Also, when I do a Feature 86 Not Available is displayed in the window.

hi. make sure you have your background music setting to Y. it's different than music on hold. feature 86 should work then. let me know if it works. (that setting is under services, tele services, general settings, features....)
