I am trying to connect a remote user to our BCM. We have recently added some Vista laptops and we need them to connect. I have the "Vista Contivity/VPN Client v6.07.026. It installed without any issues. When we try to connect it says "NAT must be enabled on the BCM" I checked and NAT is enabled. We also use the BCM as our router and firewall. So it is not behind any other devices. Any help would be appreciated.

Nortel has not approved any of their products to work with Vista yet. They are testing there products and will come out with any patches that are needed.

Nortel is who gave me the Contivity/VPN client that is only for Vista. It was released on 3/29. Version 06.07.026. In the documentation for the client it states that NAT must be enabled for it to work. Has anyone been able to get a Vista client to connect to the BCM with Contivity?

From the release notes for 6_07:

•Only UDP encapsulation is supported. The administrator must enable NAT Traversal globally on the VPN Router and then also allow NAT Traversal at the user group level that Vista users authenticate to. For Vista clients, any NAT Traversal group setting other than “Not Allowed” will trigger UDP encapsulation.

It's not NAT that needs to be enabled, but NAT traversal. NAT traversal isn't supported on the BCM, only the Contivity.
