I have gone to a few training courses at the global knowledge in richardson, tx. Just was wondering if there was a better place to get nortel training. I was not impressed with the last course I had there. I am wanting to take a course for bars/nars. Thanks for your time.

GK owns it. You can try the La Palma, CA site or parsippany, NJ site, though I wouldn't recommend NJ. I had very good nars/bars instructors in Richardson, I believe it was after GB purchase, but all the instructors were pre-Nortel. Problem is Nortel is gone. gone gone gone.
