Hi experts,
we have a CS1000E Rel 5.00W and try to connect this system to a Lync 2010 , we tried a SIP Trunk from Sigserver to Mediation Server.
So far fine Calls from Lync to Nortel o.k.
but from Nortel to Lync is Ringing but without audio.
Your Support company told us that this senario is not possible.

Now my frist question in general , is it possible with Rel 5.00w ?

If yes, what is to do to get it running. All links to nortel are dead.

And Avaya dropped us a quote for Rel 7.5 40000$ thats to much for a Lync Phone trunk :

I don't believe direct SIP to OCS/Lync was supported until release 5.5 or 6.0. The best bet if you are going to stay on 5.0 would be to route calls to Lync via a gateway such as an Audiocodes, then run PRI to the CS1000.
