Nortel Audio Conference Unit will not set relocate on BCM 450 Rel 6.0

Have recently upgraded a customer's old MICS to BCM 450 Rel 6.0. Customer upgraded all sets from old M series to T series. The only set they kept was an older revision E Nortel Audio Conference Unit. The unit works as it should only it will not set relocate. It did it once correctly and now won't do it again. I've tried another unit and same thing. Has anyone got any idea's about what to do or even if the unit is compatible with this software.

I would not use set relocation. Simplify things and use cross connects to move the conference sets.

Yeah that would be the sensible thing, however customer moves the unit around to diffrent offices and has always used set relocation. To tell him to call us every time isn't an option.
