Nortel ACD problem 1

I have been having a Nortel ACD Queue not force the agents out of the queue that walk away and not logging out.


I set the queue to force sets to MSB. It appears that this is not working.

I have no call treatment , no music on hold, no smyposium nothing.

I copied the Que below.

Minimun package require for Return to Q on no answer is ACDA or pkg 45
 
Min PBX release is 23.35 and the feature is Mutually exclusive with Call Force
 
djwht, thanks for the catch, number of rings not time (should be called RTQC return to queue counter, not timer) and force no.
 
Since I have no ran routes is thus statement truee from another posting.

Guys, guys... Try to remember how ACD Works.
Perrypj already gave you the answer! If there is no RAN allocated ACD sends ringback the entire time the call is in queue until the call is answered.
 
I was able to make some tests on one of my queues. I have no call treatment. If my phone is on not ready and a call is placed to that queue, that phone rings and rings. Never going to voice mail. If the phone is logged in and not on not ready the phone will go to make busy and then go to voice mail. It seems like not ready is not working. The queue I am working with is just like the above mentioned queue. I have rtqt set at 5 and the rtqo Msb. May be I do not have the package for not ready on my switch. I have a print out of my packages. Any ideas?
