I'm having issues getting my HAT to work. I've downloaded the newest release from Avaya's website as well as an older release and neither are working. When I drop a phone in the cradle, it'll try to install the USB drivers but its unsuccessful. I've attempted to uninstall the HAT and reinstall it both on a windows 7 and windows xp computer but neither has worked. If anyone knows how to get this up and running, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The driver for the usb is in the hat tool folder. slnkusb.sys.

Seems thats the problem, those files aren't in the HAT tool folder, nor are they in the HAT tool folder when its downloaded from Avaya.
