Nortel 450 Switch Resets

I am looking for help on two points

Is there a list of Nortel fault codes or of a
user group that goes indepth on 450 switch problems.

Hi all,

Recently, four stacks( 7 units each) of Baystack 450 units crashed simultaneously. When the event log was checked each of them showed the dump.

An operational exception occurred at vector number 3.

[SP+1] 9604C00C [SP+4] 00819604
[SP+2] CB240001 [SP+5] 000E0065

Is there any specific reason for these error to occur?

Were you able to determine cause of this crash?

Sometimes you get this when the code is upgraded on a stack.
The solution is to upgrade unit by unit your BS450.

I was never able to find the reason for our crash other than it happened during the upload of a new version.
