Sounds like a hardware failure. Probably time for replacement or send it in for RMA if possible.

what do you mean with RMA?

The fans are not working i think the ports also wont work and stay lighted.you can try replacing the fans and try download the software to the switch using a tftp server.Press "d".

the fans wasn't working because the electric cables was broken, but now, they are working after I weld them.

I will try to install new SW and FW..

I will tell later If works..
