Hello! and help? I have a end user with a 3904 on an Opt 81. He's using the handsfree option when he's on conference calls, and when he tries to break into the conversation the other participants cannot hear him talking. We're thinking the problem is a 3904 is not full duplex, and we'll need to steer him towards using a headset or a polycom if he insists on conducting his conf calls in this manner.
Any advice would be appreciated!!

thanks Curlycord! I tried your link, it takes me to the Nortel CS1000 forum. Guessing this is for all the Nortel systems?

The first link/reply is only for Nortel PBX which is Succession, Option XX , SLI etc

Otherwise for other Nortel forums:
BCM:

Norstar
