its a very basic phone, you can see the tech spec here...
Have another play around, leave a missed call, use the arrow/more buttons, to see if you can see the missed call

If you are referring to deployments on a CS 1000, the Personal Directory application (which encompasses Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial List) is not supported on the IP Phone 2001, 2033 IP Conference Phone, 1210 IP Deskphone, or 1110 IP Deskphone.
