Nortel 1150E Speech delay issue

I have a customer with an issue where they are having a speech delay issue with 1150E and 1120E that have Plantronics M22 Amp and H141 & H351 headsets.

The Amp is set to 5. If they double tap the headset button on the Amp the call gets speech right away.

The delay can be as short as a second to 90 seconds.

I checked the set firmware and it is up to date. The is only a new release on july 28th but they have another site that is working.

As anyone experienced this and what was done to resolve.

i would check my patch level. that or get nortel on the line

CS1000M 4.5 Deplist issue 2 installed July 5th ot 6th.

Testing with a handset to make sure that it is the headsets causing the issue. Looks like it.
