Norstat phone - help- no free lines for all phones

I have 2 outside phone lines at the admin station . however all other extension when they dial 9 are not able to access the free lines it is no lines free. suggestions comments?

Is this a new install? Are line pools set up and activated on each set?

Make sure the lines that your trying to access are indeed programmed into a line pool. Also make sure that your sets have access to that line pool.

If its only 2 lines for the business your better off just assigning 2 lines to each phone under Sets/Line Access/Assignment.

No, this is not a new install. My boos installed the phones before i worked here. He asked to me to see if I could fix the phones. How, do I create the pool lines or assign the lines to each phone? Please help. my boss made a state I know this is out of relam but I really want to get this working for him.

Line programming is tech side (Configuration).
If your not sure of the config passwords and how to navigate programming then you have no choice but to call a tech.

I really need help with this. my phones in the office need access to outside lines. I have tried using the **266344 confirguration log in. Please help.

if you want training then sign up for a course or call your vendor to come in and train you.
