Norstar VOIP GATEWAY Password Reset

I am trying to get information on resetting the Norstar VOIP Gateway; password There is a thread but it does not give enough detail way back in 2005.If anyone has this information,it also mentions a CD which no one here seems to have.Please HELP ME !!

You cannot change the password if you don't know it.

You may have to default the unit via the small reset hole on the back.
