Norstar voicemail features gone

Try feature 9*1 to see if the NAM replies and the feature codes have changed.
Also try rebooting the NAM again if no feature codes are available.
If this is a flashtalk try feature 903 and press ok a bunch of times.
After the last ok use feature 983 and enter 266344 as the password. Follow the prompts to configure the system from the key prompt just press ok.
If this step is required you will have to reprogram your flashtalk from scratch.
