Norstar voice mail

Mbox problem with a norstar VM on a MICS.
Not sure of the release - it is connected to a fiber 6 port combo card.
There is an existing mbox assigned to a digital set that acts like it isnt assigned.
If you log into mail from that set, it prompts you 'log' rather than 'pswd'. If you input the ext # and pswd you can access the mbox. I have verified the mbox # is assigned to the ext. It worked correctly at one time. I have deleted and rebuilt the mbox several times and rebooted the VM and the problem will not go away. Any suggestions?

 
You might try posting this in the Norstar forum. All I can think of is make sure in the voicemail that the extension number is assigned to the mailbox. Also go to the phone, use feature * 0 to do a button inquiry to make sure that the extension is what you think it is. Other than that, I'm not really sure.
