Norstar Voice Mail - Transfer with Flash/Link?

On a Startalk Flash, I know you can program outside transfer as a selection for a CCR Path. Can you set up as a path an outside transfer using phone company's transfer feature and Norstar link feature? This would allow the call to be freed up from the client Norstar system.
I know the client can do this manualy, but not sure of Voice Mail. What about on a NAM?

Glad you got it. I should've asked what version of Flash you were using to begin with. They all have slightly different characteristics.
