Norstar VM mailbox locked; contact admin

Have a MICS flash vm system and the all mailboxes are locked they are able to recieve but unable to login. Reset system and no difference. Are able to go into F983 and reset password for every phone, delete, and rebuild still unable for user to login. AA works normal.
Help!

Yes. 0000 and 1020000 to get into F983.

mailbox and extension the same number?

Go to F983, log in, and press 4, or 5 and see if Vmail is turned off.

Easiest way delete and add new Mbox for extension

That's what I was afraid of at this site there is more then200 boxes! Headed there now.

SO relieved I did not have to rebuild all the boxes!!!
Logged into F983 then pressed 5 it showed only 1 ch I changed to 2 and was able to reset passwords all is good customer and myself are greatful for the quick response on here. Thank you, thank you!
