I met them at INNUA and it is good to see some competition.
Their current catalogue seems somewhat limited but they are in Canada.

why not hire qualified people....training does nothing ...experience is key...real life senarios can not compare to lab enviroment with instructors who are clueless

There is no question that experience is the best teacher. However, alot of pitfalls can be avoided if there is training as well.
