Norstar T7316 Voicemail Question

A while ago a tech came in to program the phones so that we could announce (in voicemail) when we are transferring a caller to voicemail.

"This is the VM of Blah blah leave your message"

The person transferring "Hello Blah Blah this is going to be a message from Gooby McGee. He has called 3 times today and needs a response as soon as you can"

Then the person transferring hangs up and the caller is transferred to the voicemail with the intro.

How can we program another phone to do this?

I'll really appreciate any help.

What kind of Voice mail is it?

I called another tech and found that it was copying a voice mail and transferring it to another extension. In trying out the function with several other phones it somehow started working again.

I don't know. Thanks though!
