Hi, I'm new here & need help. I'm setting up a new tech office PC w/ norstar remote utilities. When I go to start a new remote sesion I can choose between com ports, how do I tell it to use my modem??? Can I only use a modem that's installed using a com port? I have internal modem & a USB port Robotics that work fine w/ other programs, "Pc Anywher etc." any insight would be great!
Thanks

Go to the Control Panel on your PC. Double Click Phone and Modem Options. Click on the middle tab, Modems. This will list your modems attached to the PC and what COM port they are on.
