Norstar-Plus ICS using CallPiolot 150/mini (mailbox locked)

I have a Norstar-Plus ICS and am using a CallPiolot 150/mini.
I now have a message that reads (Mailbox Locked) (Contact Administration) Does anyone know the proper way to unlock these mailboxes........I have tried (0000) and get no response ! Thanks Carl,

You should be able to login to the admin mailbox under F983 and then reset the locked mailbox password to 0000.

Brian, when I access feature 983 in then asks for a log:
What do I log in with ? Carl,

If the admin password has not been changed, on a 3-digit system use 1020000, on a 2-digit system use 120000.

Brian, Both (1020000) and (120000) give me (invalid password)!
Any suggestions........I can access the rest of system with (266344)

you probably got the sysadmin mailbox locked up ...

feature985
press 9
pswd: resetsmpswd
and ok ...

this resets the password to 0000

how digit extensions you got on the voicemail
if it is 3 your log is 102, if it is 4 digit voicemail log is 1002

do a feature 983 log and 0000 for password all in one shot
