Norstar Phone Line Displays Incorrect Numbers

Hello

Need help I have a customer that has a Norstar phone system..not to familiar with these systems. The problem I am having is the numbers that show on his lcd screen for his main lines are different than the numbers that are calling out and coming in...Can any body help.

You can change the names of the lines and sets in Administration programming.
